Welcome Cavers to the 2025 Western Regional!

16 September 2025
Welcome Cavers to the 2025 Western Regional! The event is almost here, and all plans are proceeding smoothly. Upon your arrival at the Lion’s Club Three Rivers Rodeo Grounds, follow signs to registration for your badge and materials. You'll receive a packet with the schedule, facility details, and local attractions. Please contribute items to the fundraising auction, supporting the Western Region's initiatives. Attend the Regional Business Meeting to discuss issues and share grotto news. Enjoy Caver Story Time on Friday evening and participate in guided or self-guided cave trips. Bear safety is crucial—store odorous items securely in your vehicle, and volunteers with dogs are needed for night patrols. We anticipate a fantastic gathering and are excited to see many fellow cavers!
